Can I add family members to my billing account?
Yes. Spouses, domestic partners, and children on the family’s insurance plan from age 6 to their 26th birthday can be added at any time. Each patient will have hisor her individual medical record.
Does my insurance cover the cost of the annual fee?
No. Insurance does not pay for memberships but Health Savings Accounts may cover the costs of the annual membership fee. You should seek the advice of their tax professional or workplace human resources department for information about tax deductible health payments.

Is this program health insurance?
No. It is important to keep your health insurance coverage current in order to cover expenses outside of Dr. Bures's office. Patients should rely on their commercial/employer-sponsored insurance or Medicare for coverage of laboratory tests, scans and x-rays, specialist visits and hospital care.
Can I cancel after a few months?
If for any reason you wish to terminate your membership with Dr. Bures, at any time, your fee will be refunded at a pro-rated amount.
Do you bill my insurance company?
Yes. However, the membership fee will be used to pay for all your co-pays, co-insurance, and dedutible associated with services from this practice. As a result of paying the membership fee, you will never receive another bill for medical services provided by Dr. Bures.
What if Dr. Bures is out of town?
If Dr. Bures is out of town, he will still be available through his cell phone to discuss issues.
If he determines that you need to be seen, he has a back up physician that will see you the
same day also.
